Zucchini

Zucchini and pepper spaghetti

 

Ingredients:

1 onion
2 small zucchinis
1 yellow bell pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of dried basil leaves
a packet of spaghetti
parsley for decoration
salt
pepper

Preparation:

Chop the onion
Cut the zucchinis and peppers cut into long narrow stripes pieces
Heat the olive oil and saute the onion until translucent
Add the zucchini and pepper stripes, crushed garlic and basil
Season with salt and pepper
Add the pasta cooked al dente add to the vegetables and stir-fry
Serve hot decorated with parsley.
