Salmon sandwich spread

 

     Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of smoked salmon,
  • 1 garlic clove,
  • 100 grams of real butter,
  •  parsley,
  •  dill,
  •  salt pepper

Preparation:

  1. Remove the skin and bones of the salmon.
  2. Cut the salmon into small pieces.
  3. Finely chop the parsley and dill.
  4. Add the salmon.
  5. Squeeze garlic clove, add the rest of ingredients.
  6. Add the butter.
  7. Blend.
