Potato fingers

Ingredients:

  •  1 kg of potatoes,
  •   3 eggs,
  •   200 grams of wheat flour,
  •   2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs,
  •   100 grams of cheese,
  •    nutmeg,
  •    marjoram,
  •    frying oil,
  •    salt, pepper.

Preparation:

 

  1.  Wash, peel and boil the potatoes.
  2.  Leave the potatoes to cool and grind.
  3.  Add 2 eggs, marjoram, and the rest of the spices to taste.
  4.  Add the flour.
  5.  Mix thoroughly and knead the dough.
  6.  Form thin fingers, roll them in egg and bread crumbs.
  7.  Fry in hot oil.
  8.  Sprinkle hot fingers with grated cheese.
