Cream cheese dumplings

 

Ingredients:

  •      50 grams of vanilla cream cheese
  •      15 tablespoons of flour
  •      3 eggs
  •      50 g butter

Preparation:

  • Mix the cream cheese with eggs and flour
  • Puree until smooth
  • Form thin rolls
  • Cut into approx. 2-3 cm pieces (dumplings)
  • Boil in salted water
  • Remove with a skimmer
  • Serve with melted butterEnjoy!
