50 grams of cod fillets
15 ml of 18% fat cream
juice of half a lemon
15 grams of cheese
1 teaspoon of potato flour
1 tablespoon of butter



1.  Cut the fish into chunks

2.  Arrange them in an ovenproof dish greased with butter

3. Sprinkle with pepper and salt, and drizzle with lemon

4. Whisk the cream with flour

5. Grate the cheese on thick greater and whisk into the cream

6. Season with salt and pepper

7. Pour the prepared fish sauce and put in oven preheated to 180 degrees.

8. Bake for 30 minutes

9. Serve with potatoes and sauerkraut salad
