Cauliflower burgers

Ingredients:

1 large cauliflower
1 egg
5 tablespoons of bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying

Preparation:

1. Wash and cook the cauliflower until very soft.
2. Drain, leave to cool and crush with a fork.
3. Add the egg and breadcrumbs.
4. Mix everything thoroughly.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Shape into burgers, shape patties, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
7. Serve with your favourite salad
