Carrot and rice burgers


3 large carrots
1 parsley root
¼ of celery root
250 ml of rice
1 tablespoon of butter
1 egg
bread crumbs
sweet pepper powder


1. Cook the rice in lightly salted water
2. Peel the vegetables and grate on a thick grater
3. Put the vegetables into the pan and simmer with a tablespoon of butter until soft
4. Put bowl cooked rice and vegetables into a bowl
5. Add the egg and spices
6. Mix all
7. Shape into patties, roll in bread crumbs and fry in a pan.
