Buckwheat sandwich paste
1/2 cup of buckwheat
250 ml of water
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
3 white button mushrooms
5 tablespoons of olive oil
1. Cook the buckwheat in lightly salted water.
2. Chop the onions and mushrooms into small cubes and fry in olive oil.
3. Mix the buckwheat with the fried onions, mushrooms and crushed garlic.
4. Blend in a food processor.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
