Banana pancakes




2 eggs
2 cups of milk
1/2 glass of sparkling water
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
3 cups of flour
2 tablespoons oil


4 bananas
a package of cream pudding
0.5 liter of milk
ready-made chocolate sauce

1. Sieve the flour
2. Add the eggs, milk, sugar and oil
3. Mix
4. Allow to stand for 20 minutes
5.  Add water to obtain suitable density,
6.  Fry thin pancakes on both sides until golden brown
7.  Prepare the pudding according to directions on the package
8.  Allow to cool
9.  Add sliced bananas to the pudding
10.  Spread the pudding and banana filling on the pancakes
11.  Roll or fold in four
12. Pour the chocolate sauce on the pancakes
