- Ingredients:4 bananas
2 cups of plain yoghurt or buttermilk some lemon juice
3 tablespoons of honey
mint leaves to decorate
1. Puree 3 bananas with the yogurt/buttermilk in a blender
2. Cut the last banana cut into half-slices.
3. Squeeze juice from the orange and pour over the sliced banana
- so that it does not become dark.
4. Combine the banana slices with the drink and stir gently
5. Add honey to taste
6. Pour into glasses and refrigerate
